This triptych alludes, through the use of color, to three Old Testament prophets and their relationship to the cities they inhabited by focusing on their walls. Raised from the surface of the dark paper are small segments of ancient biblical walls: Isaiah’s wall of the golden city of Jerusalem; Jeremiah, the weeping prophet’s wall of Jerusalem on fire; and Ezekiel’s wall of Babylon with the intense ceramic blue which adorned its city’s entrance.
